“4 Rivers Smokehouse is rolling out a food truck to serve more Central Florida cities.”
“The food truck’s menu includes favorites like pulled pork, smoked chicken and carved brisket sandwiches along with “Homestyle Sides” such as 4R BBQ Beans, mac & cheese and Southern coleslaw.
Diners can also pick up 4 Rivers’ signature barbecue sauces and all-purpose brisket and coffee rubs.
“I couldn’t be more excited to introduce the ‘mobile cowboy’ as the newest member of the 4 Rivers family,” said John Rivers, founder and CEO of 4 Rivers Smokehouse, in a news release. “We love finding new and convenient ways to share the 4R experience with our fans.”
4 Rivers Smokehouse first started hawking barbecue in a small restaurant in Winter Park in 2009. The brand has since expanded to include 15 locations all over Florida — and one that recently opened in Atlanta.
