All 4Rivers meats are shipped frozen, fully cooked, vacuumed sealed in insulated coolers with ice packs. Cookbooks, sauces, rubs, and some gift packages are shipped ambient and can be stored at room temperature. Frozen items should be partially frozen to refrigerator cold when delivered. Please place products in the fridge to thaw or back in the freezer until ready to eat. 

You will find reheating instructions here as well as a QR code in each shipment. Please keep in mind that certain proteins could take up to 48 hours to fully thaw.

Packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via FedEx for delivery within the same business week. Arrival dates are based on the earliest possible date for your recipient. Most “FedEx Home”  shipments will arrive within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed. (If you order on a Thursday, your order will ship the following Monday. However, if you order on a Sunday, your order will go out the next day, excluding holidays). Shipping and handling charges are based on order specifics per recipient address and shipping method. Depending on what you order, your order may need to be shipped via "FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight” to ensure safe arrival.
