4 Rivers Spirit Days

4 Rivers Spirit Days are a fun to way to foster community spirit while also raising funds for your organization. Host and promote your event to your community and supporters and 20% of your event sales are given back to your cause.

How it Works

  • We partner with organizations within our markets.
  • Pick a date. Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Fill out the request form below to be considered.
  • Once approved we will provide marketing materials for you to share. Your organization is responsible for promoting your event. Please post on the marquee, include in your announcements, newsletters, and social media. We will help promote on 4 Rivers social media channels.
  • Show your virtual Spirit Day flyer at the register or order online with code “SPIRIT” to have your purchase count toward your fundraiser.

There are no in-store discounts to your supporters during the Spirit Day. Your Spirit Day is from open to close. A minimum of 20 guest checks is required to be eligible to receive the donation of the event sales. We will process your check within 4-6 weeks after your fundraiser.

Please complete the form below and your request will be reviewed by a representative of 4 Rivers Smokehouse with a response via email within 2 weeks. We respectfully ask that you complete the Spirit Day Request Form at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the Spirit Day you are requesting; failure to do so may impact our ability to meet your request.
